VIYONA MCBs

MCBs from the VIYONA Series are manufactured by Vinayak Electricals, an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer with over 30 years in electrical accessories. The range is made in Mumbai and supplied to dealers, distributors and projects across India.

What is in the range

The range covers 32 AMP.D.P. Switch, 10kA Breaking Capacity MCB and 40 - 63 AMP Isolator 10kA Breaking Capacity.

Build and safety

Our MCBs are made under licence CM/L-2544151 to IS/IEC 60898-1. Breaking capacity and rating are both stated on every product page, because a breaker has to suit the fault current of the installation as well as its load. Products are made under an ISO 9001:2015 certified process, with in-house tooling and assembly at our Mumbai works.

What to check before you buy

Two numbers matter and they are not the same. The amp rating is the current the breaker carries every day; the breaking capacity is the fault current it can interrupt safely when something goes badly wrong. A 10kA breaker on a domestic board is specified for the second number, not the first. Match the rating to the circuit, and size the board so each circuit gets its own way.

We do not sell online. Buy from a dealer near you, call us, or visit our Mumbai works. Dealers and distributors get support that depends on their region and market: shop banners and LED signboards, marketing material, digital support, training, inventory support, and discount, promotional and target benefits. Apply through the dealer page. Where a product is made under an ISI or BIS licence, the number is printed on it — check it against the mark, whoever you buy from.
