Vinayak Electricals manufactures LED lights in India. We have been making electrical accessories for over 30 years, hold ISO 9001:2015 certification, and produce from our own plants in Mumbai and Ahmedabad — so the tooling, moulding and assembly behind every LED light are ours rather than bought in.
What we manufacture
The VIYONA LED range covers surface lights, panel lights, down lights, foot lights, flood lights and street lights for homes, offices and light-commercial use. LED draws a fraction of the power of an incandescent lamp for the same output and runs cool enough to sit in a sealed fitting, and every fitting is assembled and tested at our own plants.
Made in India, supplied nationwide
Production runs from our Mumbai and Ahmedabad plants, and our dealer network reaches Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata alongside smaller cities across the country. That is what lets us hold one quality standard and a predictable lead time on an order of any size.
Quality and testing
Every product is made under an ISO 9001:2015 certified process. Housings are moulded in fire-retardant polycarbonate, and current-carrying parts are specified for continuous domestic and light-commercial duty, with testing at the assembly stage before despatch.
Buying as a dealer, distributor or project
We supply through dealers and distributors rather than selling direct. Dealers get scheme pricing, territory support and the full catalogue behind every order. Project and bulk buyers can ask for a quotation against a bill of materials.
